Yes! We can choose a selection of essential oils with known benefits for whatever symptoms/problems you are looking to address. For example, if stress is disrupting your sleep but also impacting your digestive system, we can use oils that have a calming effect on the nervous and digestive systems.
As with regular massage, there are certain conditions where massage may not be appropriate. On top of this, some essential oils should be avoided with particular health issues, during pregnancy and so on. This is why, whatever treatment you book in for, I always carry out a detailed consultation so we choose the best option for you. In certain circumstances, I may suggest speaking to a doctor first or avoiding treatment altogether.
