Or do you just crave a little space in which to hibernate for a short time to rest your mind and restore your nervous system?
Let the warmth of the basalt stones enhance the massage strokes to ease out physical tension whilst an exclusive blend of essential oils soothes emotional tension, uplifts the spirit and restores a sense of calm.
Perfect for the cooler months, not only will this indulgent treatment warm the body but the stones will gently exfoliate the skin and the nourishing plant oils in my unique massage blend will leave your skin soft, supple and moisturised.
Cocooned in warmth, this is the ultimate antidote to the Winter Blues!
Starting with the feet, the full body massage finishes with a relaxing and rejuvenating facial and scalp massage ensuring that the warmth of the stones eases tension from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.

No, it should not be painful in any way. I always check in that the pressure of the massage is comfortable for you and that the temperature of the stones is not too hot for you.
The placement stones are carefully positioned with a towel between your skin and the stones so that they should not feel too hot but I always check in during the treatment and encourage feedback if something doesn’t feel right.
No, although I have carefully created a blend of essential oils to enhance the benefits of this treatment, I can use an unscented oil if you prefer.
